Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy for any damaged or wrong items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Unfortunately, we will not accept change-of-mind returns or items that have already been used, As outlined above, if the item you have purchased from us is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please proceed to contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
